Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Application Network Services team in a full-time role, providing support for network connectivity and application delivery through F5 platforms.

You will collaborate with application owners to translate requirements into F5 configurations and delivery designs, and you will troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and availability with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

3-7 years of hands-on IT and network engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, including virtual servers, pools, monitors, and certificate management.
Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and firewalls.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with application owners and development teams to gather requirements and guide effective application delivery designs.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to application teams for network connectivity and application delivery through F5 platforms.
Partner with application owners to gather delivery requirements and translate them into F5 configurations and application delivery designs.
Troubleshoot application connectivity, performance, and availability issues, performing root cause analysis in collaboration with various teams.
