Job summary

IS3 Solutions seeks an experienced F5 Engineer to design, implement, and optimize F5 solutions including BIG‑IP LTM, GTM, ASM, APM, AFM, and iRules scripting for high‑availability, security, and scalability.

You will migrate from legacy load balancers, automate deployments with Python, Ansible, Terraform, or AppViewX, and integrate F5 with AWS, Azure, and OCI in hybrid/multi‑cloud environments. Strong troubleshooting and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an F5 Engineer, focused on architecture and design.
• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, GTM (DNS), APM, ASM, AFM, and iRules scripting.
• Experience with cloud-based F5 implementations (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, DNS, BGP, OSPF.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform, AppViewX).
• Experience in designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, SASE, and WAF security models.
• Excellent troubleshooting and packet capture analysis using Wireshark.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Integrate F5 with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Implement SSL/TLS offloading, traffic steering, WAF policies, and Zero Trust Security principles using F5 solutions.
• Troubleshoot network, application, and security issues related to F5 load balancers.
