Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Agile Lead, Military Engines to be part of the F135 Program Digital Solutions team. The F135 Program Digital Solutions Agile Lead will work with F135 Program Digital Solutions teams to advance their ability to execute in and realize the benefits of Agile frameworks, drive adoption of an Agile mindset, and lead and coach agile implementation in the delivery of digital solutions that support the full F135 Lifecycle so that teams can predictability execute their backlogs, deliver on commitments, and work to continuously improve their processes. We are seeking a highly collaborative Scrum Leader and Agilist with a track record for innovative business process solutions and experience with various Agile methodologies. A knowledge of Military Engines Programs, and experience in the RTX CORE Operating System is a plus.
What You Will Do
Assist F135 Program Digital Solutions teams in the instantiation of Agile frameworks and practices
Facilitate road mapping activities
Organize and lead program increment (PI) planning events
Support the implementation of scaled Agile teams
Mentor teams on the agile mindset through observation and feedback, making recommendations for operating approach and frameworks
Implement Agile planning tool (e.g. Jira) processes which support program monitoring and execution
Dynamically solve problems by crafting collaborative solutions with creative new ideas
Assess agile maturity of teams and help with the development of improvement backlogs
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree with 12 years’ experience as a project or program manager, or an Advanced Degree with 10 years of project or program manager experience
10+ years executing Agile practices and frameworks, including roles as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, Portfolio Manager, or Agile Coach
One or more Agile certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master) from any framework
Skilled in one or more Agile planning tools (preferably Jira)
Experience leading a scaled Agile team of teams, excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills and strong time management skills, including experience with large and blended groups that are partially remote and partially in-person
M ust be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Travel up to 10%, including in-person participation at quarterly increment planning events in East Hartford, CT
Qualifications We Prefer
Agile Earned Value Management experience
Continuous Improvement framework knowledge (e.g. Six Sigma, CORE)
Understanding of Military engine programs, PW engine design process, software development process
Knowledge of Agile product development and delivery
Lean and Kanban skillset
Adaptive coaching style with the ability to work with teams at various levels and in locations across the Pratt & Whitney organization.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
