Pratt & Whitney’s Program Planning & Scheduling (PP&S) organization is searching for a Planning Manager, supporting F135 Production contracts. The PP&S organization works with key program stakeholders to promote the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as a healthy, integrated management tool. The master schedule is the program’s most powerful management tool and when properly maintained, the schedule can be used to influence program management decisions and actions. PP&S supports various programs by managing the IMS content, providing quality analysis of the product and ensuring that it meets government and company standards.
The F135 Production Planning Manager works with program office stakeholders and partners to ensure quality planning support of F135 Production Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). The F135 Production Planning Manager applies their advanced knowledge in consulting with Program Office entities, Earned Value team members and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) on Military Engine Programs, promoting the IMS as a healthy, integrated management tool.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
