Pratt & Whitney’s Program Planning & Scheduling (PP&S) organization is searching for a Program Scheduler. The PP&S organization works with key program stakeholders to promote the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as a healthy, integrated management tool. The master schedule is the program’s most powerful management tool and when properly maintained, the schedule can be used to influence program management decisions and actions. PP&S supports various programs by managing the IMS content, providing quality analysis of the product and ensuring that it meets government and company standards. The Military Development Program Scheduler works with technical partners to ensure quality inputs and baseline integrity. They apply their knowledge in scheduling with Earned Value team members and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) on Military Engine Programs, promoting the IMS as a healthy, integrated management tool. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who understands how to effectively and independently drive timely and accurate support of the IMS. *This is based ON-SITE in East Hartford, CT
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
