RTX is seeking a dedicated team manager for the F135 DEPOT Configuration Data Management initiative. You will lead day-to-day activities, collaborate with cross functional teams, and drive data integration across engine variants while shaping training programs and KPI metrics.

The role requires a BS/BA, 8 years of experience (or 5 with advanced degree), and US citizenship for security clearance. Onsite/hybrid work options apply, with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality, Materials, PME, PE, DT, and SAP SMEs to improve SAP configurator features.
• Define a strategy to incorporate data for new engine variants (600A, ECU).
• Establish a training curriculum, skill matrix, and proficiency levels for the team.
• Develop KPI metrics using the CORE OS aligned with program objectives.

Pratt & Whitney Military Engines F135 DEPOT Configuration Data Management, which supports the F135 engine powering the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, is seeking a dedicated team manager to join the organization.

What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration data issues raised by CONUS and OCONUS DEPOTs
• Work with Quality, Materials, PME, PE, DT, and SAP SMEs to implement SAP configurator improvements that meet program needs
• Define a strategy to incorporate data for any new engine variants (600A, ECU)
• Establish a training curriculum, skill matrix, and proficiency levels required for the team
• Leverage the CORE OS to define and maintain KPI metrics that align with the program’s overall objectives

Qualifications you Must Have

• BS/BA degree
• 8 years of experience in reviewing technical data, large dataset, enterprise applications or an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience in reviewing technical data, large dataset, enterprise applications
• 2 years of experience with turbine engine maintenance methods, engine depot overhaul support, or engine maintenance support at customer locations
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science 5 years of experience
• Experience with P&W SAP MRO solution
• Experience interpreting blueprints, technical instructions (IETP/ IETMS), and engineering changes (EC)
• General understanding of programming in Python and data transformation

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
