Responsibilities include forecasting tool maintenance, model enhancements, and quarterly deep-dive reviews to monitor fallout, demand trends, and safety stock. Transitioning data to a robust platform with Confluence, Databricks, SQL, and Power BI is key.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in SCM/Analytics/STEM.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to restricted systems/tools access.
Experience with demand forecasting tools such as MCA, SPM, or similar.
Strong analytics and ability to build/use metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
Experience with SAP, ODM, Hawkeye, Confluence, Databricks, Power BI, QLIK, and Oracle SQL.

Job description

This role supports F119 Supply Chain Management for F-22/F119 operations through responsibility for the F119 Planning Bill of Material (PBOM) and demand forecasting. You will drive improvements to forecasting processes by applying data analysis, tracking performance metrics, and partnering on inventory health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own F119 support for forecast tool maintenance, including management of PBOM inputs
Maintain spare parts forecasting for the F119 Sustainment Contract
Partner with cross-functional teams to support model enhancements and troubleshoot forecasting issues
Perform aggregate demand planning analysis, including data analytics and reporting on forecast results and change drivers, and validate forecasting outputs
Lead program initiatives focused on maintaining inventory health metrics
Run quarterly Deep look reviews (plan for every part) for engine sections, including trend data for fallout rates, module induction demand, and safety stock health
Transition forecasting data to a robust, production-ready platform using Confluence, Databricks, SQL, and Power BI

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Must be a U.S. Citizen, as the role may require access to restricted systems/tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with supply chain demand forecasting tools such as MCA, SPM, or similar industry tools
Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations, including experience building and working with metrics, KPIs, performance dashboards, and project management
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across functions and levels, including senior leadership
Experience with SAP, ODM or Hawkeye, Confluence, Databricks, Power BI, QLIK, and Oracle SQL
