PCI has an opening with a client in Dallas, TX. This position is for an informal Butler with Culinary skills.

Responsibilities:

• Principal is a single, elderly businessman
• Responsible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 5 days per week
• Shopping and stocking kitchen for principal's self-serve
• Foods prepped for housekeeper to finish on your days off
• Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen
• Wash & rack dishes, pots/pans, and service-ware
• Stocking bar and drinks inventory and bar service occasionally
• No travel requests at this time
