A leading dealership is seeking an F&I Producer to generate revenue through the sale of finance and insurance products. The position requires excellent selling skills and finance knowledge, with responsibilities including closing deals and handling transactions efficiently. Our F&I Producers generate additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers. We need someone who can sell well and ethically—a master of finance and insurance knowledge. A true professional who can communicate product features and benefits effectively to encourage understanding and purchasing.
Job Responsibilities
Education and / or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and is highly competitive in the marketplace.
