Position Overview

Are you passionate about developing talent, providing exceptional guest experiences, and innovating in the automotive industry? As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our business and the lives of our team members and customers daily. We seek energetic, people-focused individuals to help us redefine the car-buying experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial transaction process of vehicle purchases for each customer.
  • Work with lenders to obtain approval for car purchases, produce necessary financial paperwork, and consult staff on DMV laws.
  • Assist sales team and customers during the financial buying process.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster referrals and establish a customer network.
  • Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties to customers.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork submission for titles and funding in a timely manner.
  • Achieve monthly objectives and meet deadlines for paperwork submission.
  • Handle customer payments securely and coordinate with accounting.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and inform the team about changes in laws.
  • Partner with service advisors to sell extended warranties when appropriate.
  • Maintain customer relationships and uphold a reputable standing with lenders and vendors.
  • Present finance and insurance options clearly, explaining warranty packages.
  • Assist sales professionals with lending options and warranties explanations.
  • Develop relationships with bank and manufacturer representatives, meeting monthly.
  • Utilize advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
  • Stay organized in a fast-paced environment and think strategically to find solutions.
  • Be self-motivated and a team player.
  • Understand tag and title laws and DMV regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Maintain impeccable customer service ratings.
  • Pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug tests).
