Job summary

Route 128 Honda in Reading, MA is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead all F&I operations and maximize profitability while upholding compliance. You will structure deals, present financing and protection products, and maintain strong lender relationships to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive dealership finance, at least 2 years as an F&I Manager, and a proven track record of meeting production and profitability

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years automotive dealership experience.
• At least 2 years of Automotive F&I Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, insurance products, and aftermarket protection products.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding production and profitability goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Reading, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the dealership's Finance & Insurance operations.
• Present financing, leasing, vehicle protection products, and aftermarket products to customers.
• Structure deals and secure financing through a network of lenders.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and product providers.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, manufacturer, and dealership regulations.
• Work closely with sales management to facilitate a smooth and efficient delivery process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability and product penetration.
• Accurately prepare and complete all finance documentation and required paperwork.
• Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and automotive finance best practices.
