What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Research and respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from customers
  • Enter inquiry data into the tracking system for accurate record-keeping
  • Prepare Agent Broker Referrals for prospective customers
  • Investigate and route complaints from regulators and consumers to the appropriate office for resolution
  • Identify appropriate business or marketing representatives for agents seeking appointments
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience required in Customer Service, or
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with 3 or more years of experience in Customer Service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 7:30pm CST, with occasional Saturday and/or overtime as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
  • Proven ability to multitask across multiple applications and systems
  • Comfortable working with various platforms and multiple monitors simultaneously
  • Experience in the finance, automotive, or auto dealership industry
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
