What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Research and respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from customers
- Enter inquiry data into the tracking system for accurate record-keeping
- Prepare Agent Broker Referrals for prospective customers
- Investigate and route complaints from regulators and consumers to the appropriate office for resolution
- Identify appropriate business or marketing representatives for agents seeking appointments
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience required in Customer Service, or
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with 3 or more years of experience in Customer Service
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 7:30pm CST, with occasional Saturday and/or overtime as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
- Proven ability to multitask across multiple applications and systems
- Comfortable working with various platforms and multiple monitors simultaneously
- Experience in the finance, automotive, or auto dealership industry
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
