F&I Customer Support Associate or Consultant

Zurich NA is seeking professionals in Salt Lake City, UT, for the role of F&I Customer Support Associate or Consultant. This remote position involves providing high-quality support to agents, brokers, customers, and partners through phone and electronic communication, ensuring excellent service and resolution of inquiries.

The role includes handling non-routine inquiries, researching complex issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 7:30 pm, with occasional Saturday and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include:
  • Researching and responding to inquiries via phone and electronic means.
  • Entering data into tracking systems.
  • Preparing agent broker referrals and locating claims office staff.
  • Identifying appropriate contacts for appointments and resolving complaints.
Qualifications:

F&I Customer Support Associate: High School Diploma or equivalent, experience with Microsoft Office, team collaboration skills.

F&I Customer Support Consultant: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience, Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Call center experience, multitasking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, industry experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and customer support skills.

Compensation ranges from $17.84 to $25.05 hourly, with potential bonuses. Zurich offers comprehensive benefits and values diversity and inclusion. This position is full-time, remote, and does not offer sponsorship.
