Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Finance and Insurance Administrator to join our growing team. The F&I Admin will ensure that all sales and financing documents are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in F&I knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication, time management, professional dress/ speech/ behavior.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Camping World is seeking a Finance and Insurance Administrator to join our growing team. Are you working long hours in your current F&I role or do not see the reward for your efforts? Camping World is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Admin. If you are a self-motivated professional with superior customer service skills, we want you on our team! Our F&I Admins are primarily responsible for ensuring that all sales and financing documents and transactions are completed accurately, timely and efficiently. They also maintain the highest level of customer service before, during, and after the sale always exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to hit the ground running or who is very motivated to learn. In addition, we are looking for strong business acumen and sales aptitude and someone who is self-directed by nature.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure all sales and financing documents and transactions are completed accurately, timely and efficiently.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service before, during, and after the sale always exceeding customer expectations.

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products preferred
• Experience in the automobile industry is a plus
• Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position
• Strong organizational skills

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range: $16.65-$20.00 Hourly
