Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a seasoned F&B Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products for live events. You will ensure accuracy, safety, cost control, and efficient operational support across the department.

Responsibilities include supervising daily warehouse operations, maintaining precise records, enforcing FIFO, and coordinating with purchasing and event teams to meet demand while maintaining compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hospitality/food & beverage management experience.
• Certifications in Food Handling and Alcohol Awareness.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for F&B inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with regular cycle counts and system updates.
• Supervise receiving of deliveries, verifying quantities and quality per PO.
• Ensure proper storage, including temperature control for perishables.
• Implement FIFO to reduce spoilage and waste.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards per regulations.
• Investigate discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and product quality.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse layout for efficient workflow.
• Oversee inventory control of alcoholic beverages with strict accountability.
• Document daily liquor issuance and returns; ensure proper records are kept.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff; ensure productivity and accountability.
• Communicate client needs and changes to relevant departments (F&B, security, event services).
