Job summary

Salamander Palm Beach Employer LLC in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Members Club. You will supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensure high-end hospitality, and coordinate between dining and banquet events.

You will lead pre-shift briefings, train staff, handle member feedback, and ensure compliance with service standards and safety regulations. Banquets and private events will be part of this role, with a focus on guest comfort and seamless

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations in the main dining room.
• Monitor floor flow, table turnover, and service pacing during meal shifts.
• Address member feedback, complaints, and dietary requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with service staff to review specials, preferences, events and SOPs.
• Train, onboard, and mentor front-of-house employees.
• Assist with floor coverage allocation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitization and alcohol service standards.
• Perform end-of-day POS reconciliation, register closing, and shift reporting.
• Oversee banquets for private events and member social functions.
• Direct room set-ups, table arrangements, AV integration, and bar setups for events.
• Coordinate with managers and chefs to maintain timelines.
• Manage banquet breakdown and post-event cleanup.

Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Members Club Supervisor oversees daily operations across the club’s food and beverage offerings, ensuring high end hospitality, exceptional service standards, and smooth coordination between dining and banquet events.

Supervise daily front- of- house operations in the main dining room. Monitor floor flow, table turnover, and service pacing during meal shifts

Address member feedback, complaints, and special dietary requests promptly and professionally

Conduct pre-shift meetings with service staff to review daily specials, member preferences, upcoming events, and service standards. Ensure to cover all SOPS highlighted for reviews

Train, onboard, and mentor front of house employees

Assist with floor coverage allocation

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitization regulations, and alcohol service standards

Perform end- of- day POS reconciliation, register closing, and shift reporting

Banquets in Members Club

Oversee the execution of private events, banquets and member social functions according to Banquet Event Orders.

Direct room set-ups, table arrangements, AV integration, and bar set ups prior to event start times

Coordinates directly with managers and chefs to maintain allocated timeline

Manage banquet breakdown and post event cleanup.

Perform ringing in BEOS and other events based off on the function.

Education and Experience

Serving and Banquet experience is required

Previous leadership is encouraged

Communication and Skills

The ability to enforce club policies with discretion, politeness, and composure

Capable of understanding complex member requests, feedback, and resolving complaints with empathy

Ability to conduct pre-shifts and complete end of shift reports
