Job description

ROP: $12.50 per hour

Status: Part-Time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up room and ensure adequate supply of liquor stock.
• Stock bar, mix, and prepare drink orders.
• Operate the cash register to tally orders and comps.
• Respond to guest requests and questions.
• Smile and greet guests with eye contact.
• Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Assist in inventories.
• Keep bar clean (including floor).
• Must be able to work various shifts and hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Equivalent to a high school education with knowledge of food and beverage procedures. 2-3 years food service experience is preferred.
