Vesta Property Services Inc. is seeking a dependable Bartender to be the face of the restaurant, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor and offering timely assistance to guests to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities include opening prep, garnishes, drink preparation, and maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness. The role requires 18+ years of age, stand for long periods, and prior server experience. Benefits are available for full-time and part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
• Mix, prepares and serves drinks according to recipes approved by the Clubhouse Manager.
• Maintain and clean bar area and equipment.
• Maintain records of liquors, beers, wine, and sundries to ensure par stock.
• Maintain daily inventory and records indicating drinks in greatest demand.
• Clean and lock-up according to prescribed procedures.
• Attend staff meetings as required.

They must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor and offer timely assistance to customers in order to ensure that their needs are met.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!Must be able to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better.Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.Follows set-up procedures.Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.Mixes, prepares and serves drinks according to the recipes approved by the Clubhouse Manager.Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment.Maintains records of liquors, beers, wine, and sundries to ensure par stock is maintained at all times.Maintains daily inventory and records indicating drinks in the greatest demand.Cleans and lock-up according to prescribed procedures.Attends staff meetings as required.This position has no supervisory responsibilities.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!Must be over age 18 per Florida statute.Ability to stand for extended periods of time; bend, stretch and reach.Prior server experience.High standards of integrity and reliability.Occasional travel may be requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.
