JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!
The Staff Busser will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment providing support towaitstaff and setting up dining areas to the high standards of quality our restaurant is known for.Attention to detail, a thorough approach to cleaning, and strong organizational skills areessential. You will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant diningexperience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!
· Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order.
· Double check the order before it goes to a customer.
· Organize food tickets for the chefs.
· Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct customer.
· Prepare the dining area before guests are seated.
· Replenish drinks and respond to requests from customers as needed.
· Remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed throughout the meal.
· Clean all table surfaces in a timely manner to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
· Stock serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, condiments, salt, and pepper containers
· Assist dishwashers with scraping, stacking, or loading dishes into the dishwasher as needed.
· Maintain health and safety regulations in the dining room and kitchen.
· Perform closing activities such as cleaning chairs and tables, stacking chairs, mopping, andpreparing stations for the morning shift.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!
· High School diploma or GED
· Occasional travel may be required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIROMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!
· This is a largely sedentary role
· Ability to lift up to 20lbs
· Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, and move continually during working hours
· This position operates in a restaurant setting. The noise level in the work environment can be
loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping,
tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
