Job summary

Napa Valley Wine Train in Napa, CA is seeking an energetic F&B Server/Steward to join our luxury historic train experience. You will deliver dining service aboard our moving train during fall and winter excursions, including the Santa Train, bringing magic and hospitality to guests.

Evening and weekend availability is required; prior restaurant experience is preferred but training is provided. Must understand English and be a friendly, proactive team player.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability (no exceptions).
• 1 year of restaurant/server experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge and familiarity with Napa Valley history preferred.
• Ability to multitask, listen actively, and work on a moving train.
• Must speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

As a F&B Server Server/Steward, you'll be part of this legacy while helping create unforgettable guest experiences during all Wine Train experiences.

A Day in the Life: As a F&B Server you will bring magic and excellence to all of our wine train experiences, and later primarily to our festive Santa Train.

You'll be part of our premium guest service team, delivering outstanding hospitality aboard our historic train during fall and winter excursions.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring pride, professionalism, and positive energy to every shift. This position requires high energy, excellent rapport with children, strong composure in fast-paced situations, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and a welcoming smile.

Previous restaurant or serving experience is helpful but not required, we're happy to train observant, personable, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Evening and weekend availability (no exceptions)
• 1 year of restaurant/server experience preferred
• Wine knowledge and familiarity with Napa Valley history strongly preferred
• Ability to multitask, think critically, and actively listen
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable working on a moving train

• Ability to speak and understand English
• Seasonal availability: November 24 - December 23, 2026 (no exceptions)

Mandatory Schedule during Santa train season

Must be available for all shifts - no exceptions

Nov 24th- December 24th 3:00 PM - 9:30 PM

$16.90-$28.00(with Gratuity)
