Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Server Assistant/F&B Runner at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa in Austin, TX. You will support the server team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with serving, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the dining areas, while upholding dress code and communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to dress code during shift.
• Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
• Ensure prompt response to guest comments and inform supervisor.
• Maintain adequate supplies of linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Stock beverage and ice dispensers and service areas.
• Set tables with linens and condiments.
• Clean tables, counters, and floors in service areas.
• Serve water, coffee, and simple appetizers to patrons.
