A leading gaming institute seeks a Busser to assist in the restaurant, responsible for providing outstanding guest service, cleaning, and maintaining the dining area. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the established standards of service.
Position Summary:
Under direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, the restaurant Busser is responsible for delivering water to each table, cleaning, clearing, and re-setting tabletops and booths; clean chairs, walls, floors, beverage and stocking stations. The Busser is required to prepare and wrap silverware for the restaurant and other events when requested. The Busser is to assist with banquets and special events as needed. Required to have excellent communication skills, work well with others and perform any other duties assigned or pertaining to the job. Also, provide outstanding guest service utilizing the Tesuque Proud Standards.
Note: Native American preference will be given.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is required to stand and walk for extended periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee occasionally is required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; pull, carry beverage stock to and from refrigerators and cabinets.The work environment includes a variety of setting the following: food, oils, and cooking surfaces. The incumbent occasionally exposed to loud noise, change in temperatures, and second-hand smoke.
Work Environment:
Work is generally performed in a casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level. Due to the nature and scope of this position, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours and irregular shifts will be required.
