Job Description

Your role involves ensuring all prep items and food orders are prepared and stored according to standards within all kitchens and food outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare all items on the prep list following standard procedures or supervisor instructions.
  • Maintain high quality at all times, inspecting food products for quality.
  • Check portion control, weights, and counts prior to service.
  • Fire all food for service and ensure proper serving line setup.
  • Maintain and check cooking times and temperatures.
  • Follow storage procedures when handling food items.
  • Keep work areas clean and up to health standards.
  • Prepare food according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency.
  • Label, date, and rotate perishable items appropriately.
  • Monitor stock levels, prepare necessary items, and note shortages.
  • Return unused food to storage, covering and dating perishables.
  • Collaborate with team members for special meal requirements.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and be available to work various shifts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
