Job summary

Highgate Hotels L.P.'s The Newbury Boston is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all facets of food and beverage operations at the luxury property. You will drive guest satisfaction, supervise staff, manage budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Collaborating with other departments and marketing ideas to promote business, you will lead service excellence across outlets, including event spaces and in-room dining, while maintaining profitability and high quality

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all staff and guests.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; participate in MOD coverage as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner and monitor service quality.
• Assist in menu planning and ensure SOPs and health regulations are followed.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and coordinate training for employees.
