Job summary

Tanque Verde Flea Market is seeking a hands-on F&B Manager to oversee concessions, bars, and third-party vendors in a dynamic Tucson setting. You will lead a team, monitor costs, and ensure safe, profitable operations while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will work closely with leadership to develop teams, control costs, and coordinate holiday events. The role requires weekend availability and a strong focus on food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous Food and Beverage management experience.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of concessions, bars, and third-party food vendors.
• Ensure locations are staffed, stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and support Food & Beverage team members.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and assign daily priorities.
• Monitor food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Review sales, labor costs, and performance against goals.
• Manage ordering and inventory for food, beverages, and supplies.
• Complete weekly/monthly inventory counts and stock levels.
• Review payroll data and ensure accurate time records.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate events and holidays with vendors and management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
