Schulte Hospitality Group seeks an energetic, service-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant/hotel front-of-house operations. You will train staff, supervise service teams, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory F&B experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience in a similar size operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant/Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve F&B goals.
• Ensure proper food and beverage preparation meets guest and brand standards.
• Hire and train service staff; maintain positive work environment.
• Coordinate payroll processing bi-weekly; ensure compliance with policies.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the front of house operations for the Restaurant / Hotel.
• Providing training, direction, supervision and hands on support
• Direct associates and supervisors to accomplish goals and objectives of the food and beverage operation
• Ensure the proper preparation of food and beverages to the satisfaction of our guests, brand and ensures all safety, health and hygiene requirements are consistently met
• Hire and Train service staff
• Ensure direct and facilitate communication, engagement and conflict resolutions as needed by the team to ensure a positive associate environment.
• Processes bi-weekly payroll
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate, post high school education and degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience required . Should be in a similar size restaurant operation

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
• Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred.
