Job summary

Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa in Schwangau (DE) sucht eine/n F&B Manager/in in Vollzeit zur Leitung des Gastronomiebetriebs. Sie steuern Serviceabläufe, entwickeln Konzepte weiter und arbeiten eng mit dem General Manager zusammen.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Hotel- und Gastronomiebereich sowie Führungserfahrung im F&B-Bereich mit. Budgetverantwortung gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium im Hotel- und Gastronomiebereich.
• Führungserfahrung im F&B-Bereich wird vorausgesetzt.
• Erfahrung in Budgetverantwortung und Controlling.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Serviceprozesse und Gästebetreuung.
• Koordination mit General Manager und Teamführung.
• Weiterentwicklung der kulinarischen Konzepte und Standards.
