Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Food & Beverage, Consumer & Life Solutions Mechanical and Process discipline in the Northeast Regional Office. You will direct programs, coordinate cross-team collaboration, and drive best practices across Global Practice to position the firm for growth.

You will lead staff development, project delivery, and capability alignment while ensuring cost-effective delivery and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction or related field with 5 years of relevant design or project management experience.
• Leadership and/or management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence, lead, and manage change.
• Strong project management skills and strategic business perspective.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct major programs and drive delivery practices across Mechanical, Process, and CAD disciplines.
• Lead collaboration across regional and national teams to advance best practices.
• Develop and recruit Mechanical, Process, and CAD capabilities within the organization.
• Develop market-differentiating solutions to drive project value and competitiveness.
• Expand delivery practices and benchmark improvements across offshore centers.
