Job summary

Allison Sports Town in Springfield, MO, is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Lead to supervise concessions operations, supervise hourly staff, and ensure quality and safety at events and daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a leadership role in food & beverage, valid food safety certifications, and a strong focus on service, efficiency, and teamwork. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years in a leadership role in food & beverage.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience supervising staff and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly align with Allison Sports Town Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Lead daily food production, preparation, and presentation for concessions.
• Train, mentor, and supervise all food & beverage team members.
• Open, supervise, operate, and close concession locations.
• Maintain quality control and ensure food safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, storage areas, and equipment maintenance.
• Address customer feedback and assist with special events.
