• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to casino guests following HCPN policies and standards
• Maintain knowledge of PLCB and RG standards
• Stay informed about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and current drink trends
• Monitor guest needs continuously and fulfill requests promptly
• Use POS system accurately and efficiently
• Monitor guests' alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training
• Assist team members with maintenance tasks such as side work and opening/closing duties
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and other personnel to ensure smooth operations

• Must be 18 years or older
