WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards
  • Responsible for having knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
  • Responsible for having knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends
  • Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled
  • Responsible for accurately and efficiently use of POS system.
  • Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
  • Assists other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties.
  • Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

  • Must be 18 years of age.

  • Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. - Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
  • Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner. - Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system.
  • Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirement of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
  • Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
