Job summary

Loon Mountain Resort is seeking a versatile guest services team member to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You’ll help maintain a welcoming atmosphere, run food, and assist with basic prep in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, bussing, POS usage, and friendly guest interactions, with emphasis on teamwork and reliability to ensure a smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Quick learner capable of switching between roles in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual, energized by fast-paced environments.
• Able to lift 30-40 lbs and stay on your feet for the shift.
• High school diploma or GED, or 3–6 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and maintaining kitchen/FOH cleanlines.
• Running food and providing friendly, informed guest interaction.
• Assisting with cooking and basic prep as needed.
• Operating the POS, taking orders, and processing payments.
• Bussing tables and refreshing dining areas.
• Barback support such as restocking, managing ice, organizing supplies.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming vibe throughout the space.
• Communicating effectively with the team to keep service flowing smoothly.
