What Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners Do

Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center to ensure the guest experience is the best it can be.

A Day in the Life of a Food & Beverage Attendant/Runner

• Deliver guests' food & beverage orders
• Collaborate with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and promptly
• Learn and relay menu items, promotions, and weekly specials to guests
• Accurately process sales for all Food & Beverage transactions
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service, complying with all local regulations

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; restaurant/hospitality experience (optional)
• Proven success in previous jobs or school
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol as per state law
