• Greet guests in a friendly, appropriate manner.
• Operate cash register, managing all monies, coupons, comps, and receipts at shift end.
• Stay current on all coupons, promotions, and certificates applicable to Food and Beverage outlets.
• Expedite food purchases promptly upon request.
• Use front line checklist to restock inventory as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the dining area.
• Complete all assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Exhibit friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior towards customers and colleagues.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

• Strong customer service and communication skills. Good money handling skills. High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate instructions, memos, and correspondence effectively. Good phone etiquette.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and solve problems with concrete variables.
• Must complete ServSafe Alcohol certification.
• Food handling, cashier, or attendant experience preferred. Knowledge of food safety temperatures and cleaning chemicals.
• Physical requirements include standing, handling, reaching, talking, walking, tasting, smelling, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close, color, and focus adjustments.
• Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals; moderate noise environment.
