Job summary

The Wigwam, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Litchfield Park, AZ, is seeking a motivated Restaurant Server to deliver memorable guest experiences. This Four Diamond resort role combines hospitality excellence with a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will greet guests, describe menu offerings, take accurate orders, and work with kitchen/bar staff to ensure flawless service. Experience, wine knowledge, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests and guide them through the menu.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Present the bill timely and resolve guest concerns.

Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages.
