Job summary

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant Manager at IronOaks at Sun Lakes will supervise and coordinate activities for the F&B Teams across all outlets, reporting to the F&B Manager. This full-time role requires leadership, strong guest service, and adherence to BlueStar’s dining standards.

Pay is $62,000–$67,000 annually, with eligibility for medical, dental and life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan after 30 days. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years' leadership experience with supervisory duties.
• Must meet state age for serving alcohol.
• Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Able to implement BlueStar dining standards.
• Computer literate with Excel; knowledge of restaurant software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate F&B teams for all outlets.
• Maintain superior standards of food service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training F&B staff.
• Support goals for sales, revenue, and events; ensure labor standards.
• Ensure safe, clean, and enjoyable work environment.
