Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Analyst to support the F-35 JPO in Crystal City, Arlington, VA. You will help manage lifecycle cost, schedule, and performance for aircraft, avionics, sensors, and weapons integration within the MS PMO.

The role requires a DoD secret clearance, a bachelor or associate degree with years of experience, and the ability to travel up to 10%. You will collaborate with government, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver program milestones.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in PM/technical/analytical roles or Associate’s with 10 years total experience.
• Minimum 4 of 6 years in analysis and planning.
• 2+ years supporting Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP).
• Knowledge of FAR, DoD PPBE, and life cycle management.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assist MS PMO in delivering 5th Generation aircraft to U.S. Services, partners, and FMS.
• Support airborne systems integration and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate across F-35 enterprise and external programs for tooling and design needs.
• Develop and maintain program status, schedules, and DoD reports.
• Provide on-site support at JPO in Crystal City, VA as needed.
