Job summary

The Air Force Civilian Service seeks a F-35 Flight Series Data (FSD) Engineer NH-1301-03 to support AFMC/AFLCMC at Arlington, VA or WPAFB, OH.

The role manages FSD development by the Air System Contractor, ensures technical accuracy and formatting conformance, and supports program reviews across F-35 variants.

Requirements include a B.S. in engineering, 5+ years in airborne systems, MS Office proficiency, ability to obtain an SA/TS clearance, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in engineering or technical field.
• 5+ years’ experience in integrating airborne weapons systems.
• Knowledge of aircraft weapon system practices and policies.
• Experience with MS Office products.
• Ability to obtain Special Access Program security clearance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• APDP Engineering and Technical Management Practitioner certification.
• Experience as operator of military aircraft desired.
• Configuration management experience desired.
• Progress toward APDP DAWIA PM certification desired.
• MDAP or industry experience desired.

• Ensure technical accuracy, quality, and conformance to formatting standards.
