This position provides classification management and security support within a secure environment, ensuring the proper handling, safeguarding, accountability, and management of classified and sensitive information.

The successful candidate will work closely with government and contractor personnel to support mission objectives, maintain compliance with applicable security requirements, and facilitate effective program operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-security environment supporting military customers and stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will
  • Support classification management activities within a secure facility environment.
  • Maintain, track, control, and manage classified and sensitive program documentation.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, correspondence, and tracking spreadsheets in support of program requirements.
  • Support administrative processes associated with classified program operations.
  • Coordinate with government and contractor personnel regarding security and classification matters.
  • Assist with the receipt, control, storage, transmission, and accountability of classified information.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable security policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Support program management activities, audits, inspections, and special projects as assigned.
  • Provide administrative and operational support within secure environments.
  • Travel as required to support customer and program objectives.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience related to classification management, security operations, information protection, or a closely related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage sensitive information in a secure environment.
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.
Desired Skills
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SAP eligibility preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance preferred and utilized within the last two years.
  • Prior experience working in a secure facility.
  • Prior experience working in a security countermeasure environment.
  • Experience supporting administrative processes and document management in a secured facility.
  • Experience preparing reports, briefings, correspondence, and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work effectively with government and contractor personnel.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Certifications
  • Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; or
  • Bachelor's degree plus an additional 14 years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • Current and active Secret or Top Secret Clearance preferred.
Work Location & Schedule
  • This position is 100% on-site.
  • Must be able to work in the Arlington, Virginia office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
