Job summary

Delaware Resource Group seeks an F-16 Program Simulator Maintenance Technician in Kentucky. Candidates should possess an active DoD Security Clearance and have experience managing training device maintenance and troubleshooting complex electronic systems. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, maintenance, and support for Government training schedules.

The ideal applicant will be a team player with strong communication skills, able to work independently under pressure, and maintain documentation of activities effectively. Proficiency in electronic systems and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active DoD Security Clearance.
• Experience in checking, repairing, and calibrating solid-state devices.
• Must be proficient in delivering oral presentations to management.

Responsibilities

• Manage, calibrate, and repair training devices.
• Provide device power-up, shut down, and daily readiness checks.
• Document maintenance activities and support operations.

Skills

Knowledge of computer networks

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Ability to diagnose electronic systems

Education

Completion of a civilian or military basic electronic program

Three to five years’ experience as a flight simulator maintenance technician
