Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking an IT Project Manager to support Air National Guard (ANG) F-16 Mission Tactics Trainer (MTT) simulators at Mesa, AZ. The Mesa, AZ location is the Training Systems Support Center (TSSC) providing technical support and maintenance of F-16 MTT simulators at CONUS locations.

Prepares project execution plans, identifies resources, ensures projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet technical requirements.

Qualifications

4 years progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2 years progressive experience with a Master's in a related field.
High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years progressive experience.
Experience in leading and managing technological teams.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Hardware lifecycle management, technology refresh planning and obsolescence mitigation.
Plan and execute multi-site hardware deployments and technology insertions.
Coordinate with vendors, hardware evaluation, prototype integration, and testing.
Support RMF, ATO sustainment, Windows modernization and STIG compliance.
Plan tasks, schedules, resources, dependencies, and risks.
Prepare documents and briefings for program meetings.
Coordinate and lead technical meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
