Job summary

Mesa, Arizona-based direct-hire opportunity for an experienced F-16 Aircraft Technician. Join a team performing maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of critical systems on the F-16 Fighting Falcon.

We are seeking former or current USAF F-16 Crew Chiefs, Aircraft Mechanics, or experienced maintainers. Must be willing to work outdoors and support nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on F-16 maintenance experience.
• USAF 5-Level or equivalent aircraft maintenance experience.
• F-16 Crew Chief, Aircraft Mechanic, Aircraft Maintenance Technician, or Technician background.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret Technical Orders and maintenance procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and CAC.
• Ability to work outdoors and support nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate to advanced-level F-16 aircraft maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, remove and install aircraft components.
• Maintain engine, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Use Technical Orders (T.O.s), maintenance manuals and technical publications.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and correct aircraft discrepancies.
• Support aircraft launch, recovery and maintenance operations.
• Maintain strict FOD prevention, tool accountability and safety procedures.
