Job summary

National Vision's America’s Best brand is expanding, and this role leads the eyeglass department, overseeing sales performance, inventory, and staff development across the Acworth market.

You will work with store leadership to drive customer service excellence, manage promotions, and ensure compliant operations, including the brand's Sunday closure policy. This full-time position offers growth within a national retailer network.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written, for team management.
• Analytical skills to review financial reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (e.g., review P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and train associates to do the same.
• Ensure quality standards, review remakes, and enforce policies.
• Communicate with leadership and provide store reporting as required.
• Lead promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising awareness.
• Supervise Opticians and Sales staff, ensuring timely daily tasks.
• Assist with staffing forecasts, recruiting, and retention.
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed performance targets.
