Job summary

Shopko Optical in Lewiston, ID is seeking an Optical Customer Service & Dispensing Associate to provide excellent patient service, assist with frame and lens selection, and prepare work orders for the optical lab.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training and certification provided. You will maintain frame inventory, process medical billing, and support the optometrist with patient histories and screenings. Full-time, with evenings and weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer and patient service according to company and Optical Center standards.
• Analyze patient eyewear needs and recommend suitable frames and lenses.
• Assist patients in selecting frames according to style and facial features.
• Order and dispense eyewear accurately and professionally.
