Job summary

America’s Best is seeking a Sales Associate in Fresno, CA. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, support store sales goals, and assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle and budget.

Responsibilities include dispensing eyewear, keeping records accurate, and maintaining a clean, organized store while adhering to brand standards. High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where allowed by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
