LensCrafters, a flagship eyewear retailer within Luxottica, is hiring a Sales Associate in Lawrenceville, GA. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, guide frame selections, and apply optical knowledge to recommend lenses and coatings.

Requirements include 1+ years in retail or customer service, High School Diploma or GED, and strong communication. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and uphold an inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computing.
• Able to learn new technology quickly with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication; goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plan and company objectives.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and organized displays and inventory.
• Promote inclusive culture and treat customers and colleagues with respect.
