Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build brand loyalty at our Myrtle Beach location.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers, building a positive shopping experience
• Inform merchandisers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management as needed
• Provide high-touch service to VIP clients and build loyalty
• Remain informed about current product assortment to represent the brand
• Follow management directions and participate in meetings
• Ensure punctuality and assist with opening/closing duties
• Represent the brand as an ambassador in the community
