Target Optical in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, knowledge of eyewear trends, and assist clients in selecting fashionable frames with personalized recommendations.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, maintaining a strong focus on sales targets and store presentation while providing a seamless in-store and omnichannel customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Must be punctual and reliable; timeliness and dependability are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team player who is collaborative, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver and analytical thinker with ability to handle workload pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; attend trainings as required.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the brand, warranties, and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support with seamless service across online and in-store platforms.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
