Safilo is seeking an Eyewear Sales Representative for the San Juan, PR area. You will solicit orders, manage key accounts, and drive sales growth across Safilo product lines.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering product knowledge, pricing and market insights, while building relationships with doctors, opticians, store managers, and other decision-makers. This role requires visiting customers regularly and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business consultant by providing product knowledge, pricing, and market insights to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve business objectives and negotiate strategies.
• Deliver volume and net sales targets across the Safilo product portfolio.
• Drive sustainable growth by implementing the Safilo Sales Model with strategic customers.
• Collaborate with the local synergy team and Territory Managers to coordinate customer relationships and initiatives.
• Develop and follow an effective call cycle to ensure service frequency with customer visits at least twice per quarter.
