National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts (as permitted by state law), and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where allowed by state law.
